The reservation management system with which we work has general conditions but the following conditions will apply to your reservation at Villa Mathesis.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR THE RESERVATION
25 % of the total stay. Minimum 1 night deposit. The balance will be charged upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We will refund the amount of your deposit less the bank fees (2% max.) If you cancel at least 7 days before the date of entry.
RESERVATIONS
Only room reservations are accepted, never the villa as a whole.
